Returns and Exchanges

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions

Unwanted Goods

You may return unworn goods for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding P&P) or exchange provided it is in its original condition and with full packaging, within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods.

We do not offer refunds on unworn/unused Sale items, but will offer an exchange if returned within 7 days of purchase.

Note: Where we offer free shipping, should you wish to return your goods we deduct £3.95 to cover our delivery costs.

If you wish to return your item please follow the steps below.

Faulty Goods

Any claim by you that any footwear is defective or not of satisfactory quality must be notified to us by e-mail within 7 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 days after discovery or 30 days after despatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect.

Faulty goods need to be inspected by the manufacturer and if it’s deemed to be a manufacturers fault then we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we shall have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us. We regret that postage and packing charges cannot be refunded unless an item is faulty.

We take care to ensure that all our goods are durable. This is not a guarantee against wear and tear.

Please bear in mind, however, that the level of durability must be appropriate to the nature of the goods, that many of them are intended exclusively for indoor use and there lack of sturdiness is an intrinsic part of their appeal. Goods will not be regarded as faulty where they are damaged through inappropriate use.

I particular, whilst the rhinestone and sequences beadings are attached correctly to the upper and the heel of shoes, overtime and through normal wear the rhinestone may loosen and the sequences may start to fall apart. This is not the reflection of the way the shoes are manufactured: simply characteristics of the ornament and how it has been attached. For this reason, spare rhinestones are included with the goods when sold where appropriate, and we have no further liability if the rhinestone or the sequences come adrift.

To return a faulty product, please follow the steps below.

Refunds

Refunds will be made on the payment card (or method) used to purchase the product(s), once we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition. Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, you will have to pay the carriage costs unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part where we will arrange for the collection of the goods at our cost. Once we receive the goods please allow 3-7 working days for refunds to come through. Note: Where we offer free shipping, should you wish to return your goods we deduct £3.95 to cover our delivery costs.

We do not give refunds or exchange personalised or engraved items and pierced jewellery unless icfashion are at fault. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

STEP 1

• Date of Purchase

• Reason for Return

We will in return provide you with an RMA number

STEP 2

Make sure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.

Make sure the packaging is suitable and send the item by recorded delivery; keep the proof of postage certificate in a safe place as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit without it, this is for your own security and insurance against items lost in transit.

STEP 3

For exchanges please include a slip with information on the returned product along with the product you would like to exchange for. Please include your email address so we can calculate the difference and issue you with a final invoice.
