Ordering Goods

Pricing and Payments

We will take payments from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Any payment made to us will be refunded in full if we do not accept your order or are unable to supply the goods.

If you are paying by PayPal, please read PayPal terms and conditions. PayPal will confirm your order, but please feel free to contact us for further confirmation.

We cannot be responsible for any charges levied by your card issuer for currency conversion or any other reason.

Prices quoted on the website are in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. All Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

It is our intention to ensure product prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If at any point we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to reconfirm your order at the correct price or the option for you to cancel. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging and condition, whilst the goods are in your possession you have a duty to safeguard them until you return the goods to us. Please note certain goods cannot be returned, these are personalised or engraved items and pierced jewellery.
